1. What is sacred sexuality & Temple Nights?
Sacred sexuality is an approach to sensuality and connection where you honor your authentic expression and at the same time respect the free expression of others. It emphasizes consent, embodied presence, and the exploration of intimacy in a conscious connected way.
Temple Nights are sacred containers where we explore sacred sexuality together at the exact pace of each individual. We come to temple nights as sovereign beings to discover ourselves and our fullest expression. It is about playfulness, sovereignty and deep heartfelt connections.
2. Who can attend?
Our Temple Nights welcomes individuals of all orientations and gender identities. Whether you are single, partnered, or part of an alternative relational structure, you will find an inclusive environment designed for exploration and growth. You do not have to have experience with sacred sexuality but a curious mind, an open heart and a desire to be and feel yourself in a collective.
3. Will there be nudity or sexual activity?
Temples are safer spaces for exploration and connection and not about sexual performance or explicit activity. In the introduction rituals and exercises participants remain clothed and are guided to explore boundaries within themselves, and in connection, and touch in a safe and consensual way. During the evening Sensual Temple Night, participants may explore sensuality and connection within their own level of comfort, but all interactions are based on consent, safety, and respect.
4. How do you ensure a safe environment?
The event is facilitated by experienced guides who create a clear structure and boundaries for the day. Also all participants need to apply for attendance in order for us to know who and with what intention people show up. And most importantly all attendees will be guided to follow and respect a sacred framework for how to interact within the temple with respect of oneself and other peoples boundaries.
5. What if I feel nervous or unsure about attending?
Feeling nervous is completely natural when stepping into something new. The day is designed to meet you where you are, and you are always in control of your level of participation. You can choose to observe or take breaks at any time.
6. Can I come alone, or should I bring a partner?
Both options are welcome! Many participants attend solo, while some come with a partner. If you come alone, you’ll have opportunities to connect with others in a safe and supportive environment.
7. Do I have to participate in every activity?
Not at all. Your comfort is key, and participation is always optional. You’re encouraged to engage in ways that feel right for you, and you’re welcome to step back or observe if that feels more comfortable.
8. What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing for the guided introduction. For the evening Sensual Temple Night, you’re invited to wear something that makes you feel comfortable and sensual—this could be flowy clothing, lingerie, or whatever aligns with your personal expression.
9. What if I encounter difficult emotions during the event?
Exploring themes like intimacy and boundaries will bring up emotions and that is welcomed. This is part of the journey, and our facilitators are experienced in holding space for this. You’re welcome to share your feelings or take time for yourself as needed.
10. How many people will be attending?
The event is designed for an intimate group to ensure a safe and supportive atmosphere. Expect between 20 to 45 participants.
11. Is this event LGBTQIA+ friendly?
Yes, absolutely! This is a fully inclusive event, open to people of all genders, sexual orientations, and relationship styles. Everyone is welcome to explore in a way that feels authentic to them.
