What is Temple Training 1:1
Temple Training supports you in:
- Releasing shame around desire and sexuality
- Finding safety in your body and breath
- Trusting your own boundaries
- Allowing authentic expression — without forcing anything
- Feeling worthy of connection, presence, and pleasure
This work is gentle, real, and embodied. A session is 30 or 60 minutes online or 120 minutes in person (in Copenhagen)
Who holds this space?
Temple Training is guided by me, Thore.
I am the primary organizer and backbone of Temple Nights Copenhagen, and a co-creator and Temple Muse within the community. I transmit the teachings of sacred sexuality with clarity, presence, and authenticity, using breath, movement, and sound to awaken raw life force and embodied truth.
I am educated as a Breath, Body, and Trauma Therapist, with many years of experience working with:
- Nervous system regulation
- Shame, intimacy, and embodied boundaries
- Desire, sexual energy, and authentic expression
What qualifies me is not only training — but presence.
I have spent years sitting with people in moments of vulnerability, confusion, activation, and longing. I know how to slow a body down, how to listen beneath words, and how to hold sexual energy without pushing it anywhere.
This work is not about teaching you how to be sexual.
It is about creating enough safety for you to be real.
